1.Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and stays at Casa Giardino, located at Konstantinou Kaggelari 1, Argostoli, 281 00, Greece (the “Property”). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
2.Reservations & Payments
Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment method and acceptance of these Terms. You will receive a booking confirmation with the Property’s contact details.
Rates & Pricing: The price of your stay may vary depending on dates, length of stay, and promotional offers. The total price includes applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated.
Payment Policies: Payment may be required in advance or upon arrival, depending on the rate type selected at the time of booking. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen rate plan during the reservation process.
Cancellations & Prepayment: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the accommodation option selected. Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the rate plan and cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. For non-refundable bookings, the total amount may be charged at the time of reservation with no refund available.
3.Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 15:00 to 23:30. Guests must inform the Property in advance of their estimated arrival time.
Check-Out Time: From 00:00 to 11:00. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.Occupancy & Guest Requirements
Maximum Occupancy: Casa Giardino accommodates up to 4 guests. Exceeding the stated occupancy without prior approval may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.
Child Policies: Children of any age are welcome. No cots or extra beds are available at this Property. Please include the number and ages of children when booking to ensure proper accommodation.
Age Restrictions: There is no age requirement for check-in.
5.Property Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests found smoking indoors may be charged a cleaning fee.
No Parties or Events: Casa Giardino does not permit hen/stag parties or similar gatherings. Unapproved events or loud disturbances may lead to immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to respect neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, particularly at night.
Pets: Pets are allowed at no extra charge. Guests must supervise their pets at all times and assume responsibility for any damages.
6.Facilities & Services
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all areas of the Property. The Property is not responsible for service disruptions outside its control.
Parking: No on-site parking is available. Free street parking may be accessible nearby and is subject to local regulations.
Terrace & Outdoor Spaces: Guests may access the outdoor terrace and BBQ facilities, subject to availability and weather conditions. Please maintain cleanliness and ensure safety while using these spaces.
Damage & Breakage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged for repair or replacement costs.
7.Liability
Guest Responsibility: Casa Giardino and its owners/hosts assume no liability for personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay. Guests are advised to secure appropriate travel insurance.
Force Majeure: The Property is not liable for cancellations, modifications, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
8.Privacy & Data Protection
Use of Personal Information: Personal information provided during booking is used only for reservation and communication purposes. The Property complies with applicable data protection laws.
Security of Data: While every effort is made to secure personal data, Casa Giardino is not responsible for unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond its control.
9.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, guests are encouraged to contact the Property first to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be referred to the competent courts in Greece.
10.Additional Information
Private Host Notice: This Property is managed by a private host. EU consumer law relating to professional hosts might not apply.
Amendments: Casa Giardino reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to any new bookings made after the revised Terms are published.
